? Doors open at 3:30 PM and the meeting will start promptly at 4:00 PM

This meeting is open to everyone—parents, coaches, managers, parent reps, and volunteers. It's a great opportunity to learn more about the club, share your feedback, and get involved in our community.

We are especially looking for new committee members to help with the running of the club. If you're interested in how the club operates and want to join our meetings, even without taking on an official role, we would love to see you there!

**Important:** All coaches and managers are required to attend.
